POST-HARVEST FRUIT, BIO-TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS, POST-HARVEST 2025–2027 – OCM021
The overall objective of the project “Development of bio-technological innovations in the fruit post-harvest sector” is to carry out a series of research activities and trials in the harvesting and post-harvest sector, with the aim of gathering useful information to support regional fruit production, particularly organized production.
Optimizing harvesting and post-harvest activities is increasingly becoming a key factor in enhancing the quality of a large share of fruit production, both summer and autumn-winter crops, and in safeguarding their profitability. For fruit and vegetable producer organizations, this is considered a priority area towards which research and development activities should be directed.
